- We were one family split in to 3 rooms but the hotel arranged adjacent rooms and 2 rooms were connecting.The staff was ever so friendly and smiling. The rooms and beds were comfortable and clean.Our first room had an odor in the bathroom. After the staff attempted a fix that failed,they immediately relocated us to a new room, and compensated us with 2 delicious platters of fresh fruit.They really did their best to please.
